Robinson, Reagan & Young, PLLC is a full service law firm operating in Nashville, Tennessee. The firm’s goal is to provide quality service in a prompt manner for a reasonable fee.
At RRY we take an aggressive yet professional approach when collecting our clients past due receivable. We will treat all customers with respect and professionalism, while also being firm in collecting on each account.
Our collection representatives are trained to collect using numerous methods allowable by law, including telephone communications, sending correspondence using modern technology and U.S. mail. Our representatives obtain location information by skip tracing to ascertain the newest locations and assets of the indebted consumer. They are trained in both arranging payment plans and balance in full collections. Our representatives are also trained in all methods of payment including NACHA compliant over-the-phone payment transactions. RRY’s collection staff undergoes an annual test on FDCPA compliance and collections hot topics webinars set up by the American Collectors Association.
At RRY we are able to perform any and all collection services, but unlike a collection agency, we are able to offer a full range of legal services including obtaining and enforcing judgments through wage garnishments, liens, bank levy’s, post-judgment subpoenas and depositions.

Memberships

RRY meets all statutory license and bonding requirements as required by the State of Tennessee.  Attorneys are specifically exempt from having a collector services license as stated in TCA 62-20-103 (2). RRY has gone above this requirement and is licensed by the State of Tennessee Collection Service Board. RRY has a membership in the following state and national trade associations as well:
